Teremtő impulzus, Ölandi Nemzetközi Művésztelep munkái (Svédország, 2002)

Creative Impulse Manifestations of the cosmic code accumulated in the soil-material In summer 2002, I had an opportunity to join for 5 weeks to the Öland International Artist Colony directed by Curt Källman, where I worked together with a number of artists from 10 European countries. The spirit of the art colony - genius loci - had such a great impression on me that a new creative period has started in my artistic performance. The local black, brown and red soil, the water, the air and the fire provided the basic materials and the spiritual information, which impressed me with an overwhelming force. I only did enthusiastically what I had to do under the direction of nature. Organic-geometric forms, signs and patterns were created in a spontaneous and intuitive manner which convey an ancient, fundamental, natural and familiar feeling to the onlooker. In the course of their creation I experienced a kind of intuitive automatism. They were not created under the direction or control of the intellect. It was rather a meditative, balanced state in which these forms of creation were conceived and bom. A source of an endless variety of forms, an inexhaustible range of varieties - which are never the same, but always similar - opened in me. I understood that a certain thing is at once something else as well and each things include all other things, and that everything is present at the same time and there is only the present, there is only Existence in the present. I experienced the transformation into each other, the fluctuation, the existence in each other, the ameness of the parallel existence and the illusory of difference of differences so that I had a taste of the field of the transcendence, the cosmic consciousness. In the course of the creation the transcendent values experienced during the meditation gain their shape. The real source of art is located in t he transcendence, the non-manifested area of clear consciousness that is not changing and eternally comprises all the opportunities. The artist is always transcendent because they release the power of deeper, hidden and transcendental values.
