Nemcsak azért, mert Kruscsev felidézte a berlini válságot, nem is azért, mert a világpolitika egyik tartó oszlopa John Foster Dulles kiesett és még csak nem is azért, mert a demokratikus hatalmak hajlandók, vagy kényszerülnek egy asztalhoz ülni a népek és a szabadság gyilkosaival. A világ végzete nem annyira az atombomba, hanem az ötödik hadoszlop, amelyet máris bevetett Moszkva—Budapest—Kelet-Berlin és Peking. Aki csak egy kicsit is látni akar, azonnal észreveszi, hogy az úgynevezett “világforradalom” nem tankcsordákkal, nem távolsági rakétákkal akar győzni, hanem beszivárgással, aláásással. Mindezt talán Amerikában Mikoyan látogatásnak, kultúrcsere-akciónak, Irakban a béke-partizánok harcának, Nyugat-Németországban “újraegyesülésnek” nevezik. Lényegében azonban mindenütt ugyanaz a cél. És mindenütt ugyanazokkal az eszközökkel, módszerekkel szolgálják ezt a célt. Elhallgatni minden bolsevista gaztettet, a Szovjet Unió koncentrációs táborait, a szocialista paradicsom éhségét, nyomorát, rabszolgaságát, de ugyanakkor 14 évvel a második világháború befejezése után még mindig csak Auswitzról, Bergen Belsenről üvöltözni! Világszenzációt, filmet csinálni egy kis perverz, psichopatalógus gyerek, Anne Frank naplójából, de ugyanakkor mélységesen lapulni a 10—14 éves magyar szüzek, a muszka által meggyalázott, leöldösött litván, lengyel, magyar kislányok sokszázezernyi holtteste előtt: — ez a legjobb bolsevista propaganda! Mindehhez hozzájárul még a viszontbiztosító intellektüelek szervezetlen összeesküvése Hollywoodtól Párisig és Nyugat-Berlinig. Ez a nagy konspiráció azt mondja magában: ha a bolsevisták jönni fognak, akkor “én aki nem csináltam semmit” továbbra is megtartom a hollywoodi villámat, nyugat-német kiadó vállalataimat, az amerikaiak által ajándékozott mamuthujságjaimat. De hogy ez sikerüljön, ahhoz szükség van arra, hogy mint “jó demokrata” harcoljak a “náci-fasizmus” ellen, hogy agyonüssek minden hazafiságot, kompromittáljak minden katonai, állampolgári erényt és antiszemitizmusnak minősítsek minden keresztény világnézetet. És ennek a gondolkodási folyamatnak gyakorlatra váltása nem folyt ilyen nagyvonalúan a leggyönyörűségesebb nürnbergi időkben sem. A világsajtónak 99 százaléka ma is azzal van elfoglalva, hogy az antibolsevista helytállást azonosítsa hitleri “gázkamrákkal”, hogy reményeket, legendákat írjon az asszonygyalázó jugoszláv és szovjet partizánokról és bestiának tüntesse fel azokat a német, magyar, olasz és román bajtársakat, akik a sztálini démonizmus földjére megpróbálják visszavinni Krisztust és a kenyeret. A krisztusi világkép pillanatok alatt feje tetejére fordul. Az árulót hőssé nagyítják, a hőst pedig felkötik az első akácfára. Ma már az, aki az Istenhez, nemzethez, hazához és családhoz, a nemzeti hagyományokhoz való hűséget hirdeti: “fasiszta, náci, antiszemita.” Sötét, kommunista-beütéses “anti-fasiszták” világot megrázó emlékünnepeket rendeznek 22.000 Bergen—belsen-i halott emlékére és hallgatnak azokról a többszázezres főnyi magyarokról, szudéta németekről, akiket Sztálin, Benes, Tito és Moise Pijade partizánjai küldtek a tömegsírokba. Itt, Nyugaton különféle “keresztély-zsidó testvériségek” akarják továbbra is átnevelni az ifjúságot, itt egyfelől felfegyverkezést hirdetnek, másfelől még mindig börtönben tartják a parancsnak engedelmeskedő második világháborús katonákat. Itt még mindig erénynek tüntetik fel, ha egy 19—21 éves fiatalember megtagadja a katonai szolgálatot, miközben ezért, odaát a szovjetek hite(Folytatás a 11. oldalon).. So I shall delay the discussion of what the Enemy hopes to get at Summit until a laler lalk. This one is more precisely to the same point right now. Within the pást few days a committee of editors on the American-Hungarian newspaper. Szabad Magyarság in New York, has preseníed to the Congress a most vitai petition. This petition — (and Marcia will teli you where you can get the text if your newspapers do nőt print it) — strikes fire to the iorch of liberly with a simple, powerful call to Congress fór pro-American action. It asks fór the thing the Soviet enemy most fears. It asks the Congress to adopt a joinl resolution which would make truly free elections in the slave states of the Soviet Empire a condilion pre-requisite to American approval of any action a* Summit. Further it asks ior a full public hearing on the resolution by joint committees of Congress. That is hilting the Enemy where it hurts most. Now, because we are lalking about proposed legislalive action I must remind you again, that nothing I say here is official. Nothing is partisanly polilical. Every slalemenl of fact is based on the documented record of the Communist Global Conquesl. And because this petition does hit the Enemy where it hurts most, I must warn you thal you may expect a violenl reaction to it — and perhaps to this talk — from pattom quarters along paliéra lines, in pattéra techniques. Zabiocki, Member of Congress, daied April 28, 1959: "Thank you fór your letter of April 251h, with which you enclosed a petition urging our Government to insist thai an agreement on free elections in Central and Eastern European counlries must precede any Summit meeting. I appreciale having your recommendalions on this vitai subject. Several weeks ago I had already ürgéd our Executive Branch officials to include the question of self-determination and free elections fór the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the forlhcoming negotialions.
