TO ELECT THE PRESIDENT, TWO VICE-PRESIDENTS, SECRETARY, HONORARY TREASURER, COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND TO APPOINT AN AUDITOR; 4. TO DISCUSS PLANS OF THE CLUB FOR NEXT YEAR. By THE ORDER OF THE COMMITTEE, Dated this 19th day of January 1988 s. farkas, secretary HUNGARIAN CLUB OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA INCORPORATED., MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON THE 22nd OF FEBRUARY 1987, COMMENCING AT 6.20 PM. Present - 68. The President welcomed all members present and asked all to recite the Hungarian Credo with him, then declared the meeting open. Asked Mr. S. Farkas to write the minutes. MOved by Mrs. D. Ujházy, seconded by Dr. J. Szentlvány that the minutes of the last A.G.M. be accepted, motion carried. Building report - copies of the report distributed, Mr. M. Varga moved that the A. G. M, thank Mr. J. Friss and all those who helped to do the good work during the year - seconded by Mr. I. Jakab; motion carried. Treasurer's report - copies of the Balance Sheet and Income and Expense reports distributed. Surplus for the year = $8612-60 (last year: $14291-15). Report explained in detail by treasurer, who thanked all those who assisted him in his work. President thanked Mr. J. Kelemen for the report and moved that the report be accepted, motion seconded by Dr. A. Nagy - carried. The President thanked all who helped during 1986 and those who visited the Club.-
