The Adam Smith Institute, ne informează că a „A doua conferinţă despre sectorul energiei din Germania” va avea loc în zilele de 20-21 februarie 2001. Manifestarea se va desfăşura în hotelul Kempinski Bristol din Berlin şi va fi precedată de un seminar care se va ţine în acelaşi loc, în ziua de 19 februarie a.c., cu subiectul „Accesul la sistemul electroenegetic”. Lucrările sunt sponsorizate de un număr important de întreprinderi europene, în continuare prezentăm progamul sesiunii. What is the role of a sector­­dedicated regulator in a liberalised energy market? Can the German sector realistically operate without one? • How will gas deregulation be implemented and how will pipeline access be granted to third parties?
